The African American Academy (AAA) faithful to its tradition of academic excellence has achieved this academic year 100%
pass rate at the AP International Diploma (APID).
The AP exams scores are reported on a 5-point scale as follows:
• 5 = extremely well qualified
• 4 = well qualified
• 3 = qualified
• 2 = possibly qualified
• 1 = no recommendation

The African American Academy (AAA) seeks to produce an international citizen proudly rooted in his/her culture, with open arms reaching to the other members of the human family. Its curriculum emphasizes academic excellence, cultural self-esteem and leadership development.

AAA is conveniently located on Avenue de Gaulle in Bonanjo, an exclusive neighborhood of Douala, Cameroon. The average class size is 15 pupils. This allows individualized attention and student-centered instructional techniques. Boarding facilities are available for foreign and local students.
AAA is highly selective of its students. Selection criteria include academic achievement, social maturity, and leadership potential. Graduation requirements include 6
IGCSE and 5 AP exams. Our graduates have gained admission in the best universities in the United States Europe and Africa.
